Dethrone signed on to sponsor the Conor McGregor Walkout Shirt for UFC on FOX Sports 1. The “Stay Ready” motto has become a hit with the walkout shirt and Conor McGregor’s intriguing personality. The design is simplistic in nature but delivers on style with a clean and minimalistic appeal that many fans will enjoy especially in the bones & skulls era of MMA clothing.
Conor chose to make his walkout song start with “She moved through the Fair” by Sinead O Connor and then transition into “I’m Shipping Up To Boston” by Dropkick Murphys on the “Warrior’s Code” Album. The song was very fitting and a fan favorite in Boston for obvious reasons.
As Joe Rogan said, “WOW.” Unsurprisingly, the Boston crowd went bananas for the Irish born fighter, Conor McGregor. The Irish colored lights and atmosphere was breathtaking to say the least. The bout was so highly anticipated that when “Notorious” made this appearance it felt more like a main event then it did a preliminary fight. I don’t think there was a single person not cheering for Conor, except maybe Max Halloway’s friends and family.
