Roots of Fight is having quite a breakout year in 2012, with a popular spring collection of stylish tees and hoodies, with more promised in the near future. Based on the bloodlines of the sport, the brand traces the origins of the various disciplines of mixed martial arts and creates a clothing line to express those origins. Their spring 2012 collection features many bloodlines, including designs dedicated to Bruce Lee, a karate master; Muhammad Ali, a pillar in the boxing world; the Gracie family, founders of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; and many others. Also released this season are several designs with discipline-based themes, such as Russian Sambo, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga. Any self-professed MMA fan who yearns to show respect for the sport, and even learn something new about it, should get their hands on a couple of these new tees from Roots of Fight.
